High-speed doors can separate areas from each other in industrial buildings or logistics centres while allowing uncomplicated passage for industrial trucks. Their fast opening action ensures that operational processes are not disrupted. Their fast closing action reduces energy costs and contributes to an improved energy balance. It also noticeably reduces draughts at the workplace, resulting in less work absences due to illness.

Spiral doors and high-speed sectional doors
The doors have robust insulating sections for high thermal insulation. This minimises energy loss. The spiral doors and high-speed sectional doors have a section thickness of 100 mm for the special requirements of cold store and deep freeze logistics.
They can be used as external and internal doors. Depending on the track application version, the doors are guided into a spiral or track when opened and reach opening speeds of more than 4 m/s.
A standard frequency converter control takes stress off the entire mechanical door elements, guaranteeing nearly wear-free, quiet door travel.
Particularly easy to fit: A shaft and operator cover made of impact-resistant polycarbonate is available for our HS spiral doors. It is significantly lighter than a steel cover, which simplifies fitting and maintenance.

When it comes to the interior of industrial and logistics facilities, optimised work processes are essential. This is why high-speed doors with particularly flexible curtains are suitable here. They separate parts of buildings from each other, for example to reduce draughts, therefore resulting in less work absences due to illness, or act as equipment protection doors to secure production processes and thus ensure workplace safety. Special versions for frequently accessed cold store and deep freeze areas ensure greater energy efficiency. Because flexible high-speed doors can reach opening speeds of up to 2.2 m/s, fast vehicle passage, for example with industrial trucks, is still possible.
In the event of a crash, our V 5025 Z high-speed door has a special feature: Thanks to its innovative zipper technology, the door automatically re-feeds when it travels, ensuring it remains fully operational at all times.
An innovative SoftEdge bottom profile and a radio crash switch also ensure trouble-free operation and production processes for many door types. Not only does the flexible profile prevent damage to the door system as far as possible, but the radio crash switch also sends a signal to the control so that the door stops immediately in the event of a crash.
The standard frequency converter control ensures a long service life.
Solid rubber high-speed doors
Harsh environmental conditions call for high-performance doors. The solid rubber high-speed doors are designed for application areas such as in the mining industry, waste management or the transport sector.
They ensure reliable door operation and a long service life of the door, even in the case of high wind loads and large temperature differences. The doors open at up to 1.22 m/s.
The highly specialised door solutions are low-maintenance and easy to fit. Even after impact damage, they are quickly ready for use again with a few simple steps and minimum use of tools.
High-speed folding doors
Whether as an optimum solution for the interior of deep freeze logistics with temperatures down to –30 degrees, for closing off buildings with large openings up to 14 metres wide and 10°metres high, or as an external door that is exposed to high wind loads and cold ambient temperatures – the high-speed doors with folding curtains are designed precisely to meet these requirements.
The curtain of the flexible high-speed folding doors is opened using a patented belt system with pull belts and folds in the lintel area. The high-speed folding doors reach opening and closing speeds of up to 1.0 m/s.
Flexible guide belts made from PVC protect against damage and downtime in case of harsh contact by a forklift truck or lorry. If the floor rail of the curtain has been pushed out of the guide belts after an accident, it can be rethreaded without tools. Another advantage of the flexible guide belts is its minimal noise during movement of the curtain and wind reinforcement laths caused by the wind.

Ultra-fast door opening
The new generation of external and internal doors opens at a record speed of over 4.0 m/s. This minimises the waiting times of transport vehicles in front of the door, so that forklift trucks, for example, can drive through the door without stopping.
Maximum transparency
The particularly high door sections of the HS 5040 TurboLux S with a height of 550 mm offer generous visibility without vertical rails. 90% of the door leaf surface are transparent. This creates a bright and friendly working environment and ensures safe transport routes. In addition, the high and impact-resistant polycarbonate sections are very sturdy and easily withstand the demands of a harsh industrial environment.
Reliable break-in resistance equipment
Spiral doors HS 7030 PU 42, HS 5012 PU 42 S and HS 5015 PU N 42 come with certified RC2 security features in accordance with DIN/TS 18194 as standard. The anti-lift kit functions mechanically and thus effectively protects your goods and machines during power outages.
Optimum combination: Double-action doors and high-speed doors
Double-action doors and high-speed doors are an ideal combination: High-speed doors separate larger areas and offer high, automatic opening and closing speeds to regulate passage. Double-action doors are highly resistant and robust and enable fast, manual pedestrian passage. This makes a combination of double-action doors and high-speed doors the perfect solution for optimum workflows in industrial and logistics buildings.
A permanently clear view
A special surface coating, similar to that used on car headlights, protects the Duratec glazing from scratches and damage caused by cleaning over the long term. This preserves the attractive appearance despite heavy use in tough industrial settings.
Less maintenance work required
The HS 5040 TurboLux and HS 7030 PU 42 door versions (up to a door size of 5000 mm wide and/or 5000 mm high) are equipped with counterbalance via counter weight. Both convince with low wear and greatly reduced maintenance costs.
Non-contact safety
A safety light curtain with an emergency stop / soft stop function is integrated into the side elements of spiral doors, high-speed sectional doors and flexible high-speed doors. It monitors the closing zone of the door leaf up to a height of 2500 mm, fulfils the safety requirements according to DIN EN 13241-1 and thus ensures reliable operation and increased safety. Furthermore, the gentle emergency-stop / soft stop function slowly stops the door in the event an obstacle is detected with a sufficient remaining travel distance.
On the F 6010 / F 6010 Iso high-speed folding doors, a safety light curtain integrated in the side elements also monitors the closing zone of the curtain up to a height of 2500 mm. The door types F 8005 and F 4010 Cold are fitted with a photocell for monitoring the closing zone. These safety devices also meet the requirements of DIN EN 13241-1.
Standard anti-fall safeguard
The high-speed folding doors are opened and closed via two pull belts. In addition, two further safety belts secure the door curtain. In the event of damage, this patented belt system effectively prevents the door from crashing.
